1. About Hundbodum

• The company is based in Björna. The postal address is Getingstabodum 216, 897 90 Björna.
• If you wish to contact us, send an email to info@hundbodum.se with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Ordering

• Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation includes all information about products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
• If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at info@hundbodum.se.

3. Delivery

• Our standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks.
• If delivery delays occur (without prior notice), you should contact us at info@hundbodum.se.
• We do not take responsibility for packages once they have left our premises. Delays or lost packages are not compensated.

4. Prices

• All prices in the store are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• When purchasing goods from the website, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right from the day you receive the goods you ordered. 
  
  5.1 Using your right of withdrawal:
• You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to info@hundbodum.se and include your name, address, email, order number, and which products the return concerns.
• You should return the products immediately, and no later than 14 days from the withdrawal notice.
• You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products. Products should therefore be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value for used or damaged products.
  
  5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by you.
• Products with sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.
• Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a personal design.
• Services that have been fully performed where you explicitly agreed that the service would begin without withdrawal right.
• Perishable goods, e.g., food.
• Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Claims

• We inspect all products before they are shipped. Should the product be damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will, in accordance with consumer protection laws, correct the issue free of charge.
• You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
• Complaints should be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.
  
  6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?
• Any faults or defects must always be reported to info@hundbodum.se
• Include your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the fault.
• If we cannot correct the fault or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with consumer protection laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the product.
• We accept no liability for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure), e.g., labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.
• Furthermore, we are not responsible for changes to products/product features made by suppliers or other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

• We are not responsible for any typographical errors on this website or for sold-out products. We do not guarantee that images perfectly represent the products, as slight color variations may occur due to screen, photo quality, and resolution.

9. Cookie Information

• According to law, website visitors must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. Cookies can be used to track a user's browsing.
